3. Data Storage and Security
- All habit data is stored only in local storage on your device.
- The app does not send your data to any server of ours. (Quotes and content are bundled — the app works offline.)
- Network requests to Google AdMob may occur to display ads.

5. Advertising
- The app shows banner ads, frequency-capped interstitial ads, and opt-in rewarded ads via the Google AdMob SDK.
- On iOS the app requests App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permission; you can decline and still use the app fully.
- In regions requiring consent (e.g., the EEA), the UMP consent flow is shown.
6. Children
This app targets a general audience and is not designed primarily for children under 13.
7. Your Rights
- Ad tracking: you can reset or limit your advertising identifier in device settings
- Data deletion: deleting the app removes all local data
