HabitLawn

1. Information We Collect

None. HabitLawn collects no personal information. There is no sign-up, no login, and no account of any kind. The app contains no advertising and no analytics.

No advertising identifier (IDFA / GAID) is requested or used.
No analytics, crash-reporting or attribution SDK is present in the app.
Nothing you record is sent to a server operated by us. We do not run one.

2. Where Your Data Lives

iCloud sync uses Apple's CloudKit private database. That data sits in your own iCloud account under your Apple Account; we have no access to it and cannot read it. Sync is optional and can be turned off in the app.

3. Third-Party Services

The app embeds no third-party SDKs. The only external party involved is Apple, and only for two things you initiate:

In-app purchases — processed entirely by Apple through your Apple Account. We never see your payment details. We receive no personal data from a purchase.
iCloud sync — Apple's service, storing your data in your own account (see above).

Apple's handling of that data is governed by the Apple Privacy Policy.

4. Overseas Transfer of Personal Data

Not applicable. We do not collect personal data and therefore transfer none abroad. Data you sync through iCloud is stored by Apple in your own account under Apple's own privacy terms, not transferred by us.

5. Advertising and Tracking

No ads. The app displays no advertising of any kind.
No tracking. Nothing about you is tracked across apps or websites, so the app does not present an App Tracking Transparency prompt.

6. Children

This app is for a general audience and is not primarily directed at children under 13. It collects no data from anyone, including children.

7. Your Rights

Export — HabitLawn Pro can write your entire history to a file you keep.
Deletion — deleting the app removes all local data. If iCloud sync was on, you can also remove the app's data from Settings → [your name] → iCloud → Manage Account Storage.
