1. Information We Collect
No personal information. There is no sign-up, no login, and no account of any kind.
Your workouts, presets and session history stay on your device. The app contains no advertising.
- No advertising identifier (IDFA / GAID) is requested or used.
- No third-party analytics or attribution SDK is present in the app.
- Anonymous usage events (Android version only). The Android app sends a fixed, minimal
set of anonymous events to a server we operate: first launch, first completed workout, whether the
Pro screen was shown and from where (settings, named intervals or workout chaining), purchase
started / completed / cancelled / failed (with a technical reason code), restore tapped, and whether
the app was opened again on day 1 / day 7. Each event carries only an install identifier the app
generates at random, an app tag, the event name and a timestamp. It never contains your workouts,
preset names, session history, name, e-mail, device identifiers or advertising ID. We use it solely to
see which features are used and where people drop off. Raw events are kept for up to 90 days, then
only aggregate counts remain.
- Crash reports (Android version only). If the Android app crashes, Firebase Crashlytics
(Google) receives the crash stack trace and basic device information (model, OS version) so we can fix
the bug. It contains none of your workouts.
- The iPhone & iPad (App Store) version sends neither usage events nor crash reports to us.
2. Where Your Data Lives
| Data | Purpose | Stored |
| Workouts, presets and session history | Running and reviewing your intervals | On your device |
| Anonymous usage events (random install identifier only, Android) | Seeing which features are used and where people drop off | Our server — raw events up to 90 days, then aggregates only |
| Crash reports (Android) | Fixing crashes | Firebase Crashlytics (Google) |
3. Third-Party Services
The app contains no advertising or analytics SDK. The external parties involved are:
- In-app purchases — processed entirely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play)
through your store account. We never see your payment details and receive no personal data from a purchase.
- Firebase Crashlytics (Google, Android version only) — crash reports as described in section 1.
Their handling of that data is governed by the
Apple Privacy Policy and the
Google Privacy Policy.
4. Overseas Transfer of Personal Data
No personal data is transferred. The anonymous usage events in section 1 are received on
Cloudflare infrastructure (which may be located abroad) and contain no personal data. Crash reports are
processed by Google on its servers, which may be located abroad.
5. Advertising and Tracking
- No ads. The app displays no advertising of any kind.
- No tracking. Nothing about you is tracked across apps or websites.
The random install identifier is used only inside this app and is never linked to you.
6. Children
This app is for a general audience and is not primarily directed at children under 13.
It collects no personal data from anyone, including children.
7. Your Rights
- Deletion — deleting the app removes all local data.

9. Changelog
| Date | Change |
| 2026-08 | Advertising was removed from the app, so the ad identifier, the ad-network third-party entry and the overseas-transfer section were removed. |
| 2026-09 | Android version: anonymous usage events (random install ID only — first launch, first completed workout, Pro screen and purchase funnel, day 1 / day 7 return) were added, and the existing Firebase Crashlytics crash reporting is now disclosed. The iOS version is unchanged. The Google Play Data Safety declaration is updated to match. |
