1. The Short Version
- This app works fully offline. There is no sign-up, no login, and no advertising.
- Your exercise records stay on your device and are never sent to any server. We collect no data about you.
2. Information We Collect
- This app does not collect any personal information.
- Exercise sessions, progression level, and settings (such as voice guidance) are stored only in local storage on your device. Deleting the app deletes them.
- No health information is collected or transmitted, and the app does not connect to HealthKit or any health data platform.
- There are no ad SDKs, no advertising identifiers (GAID/IDFA), and no analytics SDKs.
3. Purchases
- Premium features are offered as a one-time purchase through the App Store or Google Play (no subscription).
- Payment is processed entirely by Apple or Google — we never receive your name or payment details. Purchase status is verified between your device and the store only.

- This app is a general exercise guide and not a medical device or treatment. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition.
- In-app reference material is based on public health sources (NHS, Mayo Clinic, and others). If you have health concerns, consult a medical professional.
6. Children
This app targets adults and is not designed for children under 13.
7. Your Rights
- Data deletion: deleting the app removes all local data. We hold no data about you on any server.
