1. What we collect
We collect and keep no personal data ourselves. There is no sign-up, no login and no account.
The only thing the app sends to our server is the anonymous usage events described below, which contain no personal data.
The advertising SDK bundled in the app does collect data in order to serve ads (see section 4).
- Your progress (cleared levels, the level in progress, finished toys), coins and their transaction log, booster counts
and settings (sound, vibration, language) are stored on your device only.
- The advertising identifier (GAID) is used by the ad SDK. Our own game code neither reads nor stores it.
- Anonymous usage events — the app sends a small, fixed set of anonymous events (first launch, first level cleared,
the "Remove ads" screen being shown, purchase started, completed, cancelled or failed, restore attempted,
an interstitial ad being shown, a rewarded-video offer being shown, tapped and rewarded,
and whether the game was reopened on day 1 and day 7) to a server we operate.
Each event carries only an install identifier the app generates at random, an app tag, the event name and a timestamp;
no advertising ID, device identifier or name is included. We use it solely to see where players drop off,
and raw events are deleted within 90 days, leaving only aggregate counts.
- There is no third-party analytics or crash-reporting SDK in the app.
2. Where data lives
| Data | Purpose | Location |
| Level progress, level in progress, finished toys | Continuing your game | On device |
| Coins, coin transaction log, boosters | Game economy | On device |
| Settings (sound, vibration, language, ad choices) | Running the game | On device |
| Whether "Remove ads" was purchased | Unlocking and restoring the purchase | On device + Google Play |
| Anonymous usage events (random install identifier only) | Seeing where players drop off | Our server — raw events for up to 90 days, then aggregates only |
3. App permissions
The app asks for no runtime permissions. It does not use the camera, location, contacts, photos or notifications.
| Permission | Used for |
| Internet, network state | Showing ads, in-app purchase, sending anonymous usage events |
4. Third-party services
- Google Play Billing — the "Remove ads" purchase is processed by Google; the app only checks whether you own it.
We never see your payment details. Covered by the Google Privacy Policy.
- Unity LevelPlay & Unity Ads (Unity Technologies / ironSource) — to serve interstitial and rewarded video ads it
collects and uses the advertising identifier (GAID), IP address, device information (model, OS version, language, etc.)
and ad-interaction data, which may be passed to advertising partners during ad bidding.
Covered by the Unity Privacy Policy; you can opt out of personalised ads
via the information icon shown on ads.
- InMobi Choice (consent management) — shows the consent dialog in Europe (section 5) and stores your choice
on the device. Covered by the InMobi Privacy Policy.
5. Consent in Europe (GDPR / EEA, UK, Switzerland)
On devices that appear to be in the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, the game shows the InMobi Choice consent dialog (IAB TCF) first.
- If you do not consent, or you dismiss the dialog, the ad SDK is not initialised at all — no ad request is sent.
- You can reopen it and change or withdraw consent any time from Settings → "Privacy choices".
After withdrawal, any already-loaded ad is discarded rather than shown.
- Outside those regions the dialog does not appear; you can limit personalised ads by resetting or deleting the advertising ID in your device settings.
6. United States privacy choices
If you are in the United States you can ask that your data is not sold or shared for targeted advertising from
Settings → "Do not sell or share my info". The choice is stored on the device and passed to the ad SDK as an opt-out signal.
7. International transfers
We transfer no personal data ourselves. The anonymous usage events in section 1 are processed on Cloudflare infrastructure
(which may be located abroad) and contain no personal data. The advertising partners in section 4 may process data on servers
abroad (including the United States) while serving ads, under their own policies. In Europe this only happens after the consent described in section 5.
8. Ad formats
- There are no banner ads.
- Interstitials appear only between levels — never before level 12, never in the first 10 minutes after install,
never right after a failed level, at most one candidate every 3 cleared levels and at least 180 seconds apart.
- Rewarded videos play only when you choose one (boosters, continuing after a full tray, doubling a chapter bonus).
- After buying "Remove ads" no interstitials are shown, and rewarded spots give their reward without a video (daily limit).
9. Children
This game is for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13.
10. Your rights
- Change or withdraw ad consent — Settings → Privacy choices (devices in Europe).
- Opt out of sale/sharing — Settings → Do not sell or share my info (United States).
- Reset or delete the advertising ID — device Settings → Privacy → Ads.
- Delete everything — removing the app erases all of its on-device data.
