In short
- No account, no server, no ads, no tracking.
- Your entries stay on your device. The developer cannot see them.
- Health data (sleep and steps) is read only if you connect it yourself, and never leaves your device.
1. Information we collect
Information you provide
- This app collects no personal information. There is no sign-up or login, and we never ask for your name, email or phone number.
- Energy entries, tags and notes you write are stored on your device only and are not transmitted anywhere.
Information collected automatically
- None. The app uses no advertising identifier (IDFA) and contains no analytics or tracking SDKs.

3. Health data (HealthKit)
- The app reads sleep analysis and step count from Apple Health only after you turn the connection on inside the app.
- The app never writes to Apple Health. It requests read access only.
- Health data never leaves your device. It is not sent to any server, and no third party — including the developer — can access it.
- Health data is never used for advertising or marketing, never sold, and never shared.
- You can disconnect at any time in Settings → Health data → Disconnect in the app, or in iOS Settings → Health → Data Access & Devices. Disconnecting clears what the app had read; your own entries stay.
4. Device permissions

The app requests no access to location, contacts, photos, microphone or camera, and does not request notification permission.

No other third-party SDKs are used — no ad networks, no analytics, no crash reporting.
6. International transfers
Your entries are never transferred out of your device or your country. Purchases are processed by Apple, and Apple's policy applies to that transaction data only (never to your entries or health data).
7. Purchases and subscriptions
- Payment is handled by the App Store. The developer never receives your card or payment details.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, and you can cancel at any time in iOS Settings.
- Cancelling never deletes your entries. They stay, you can keep logging for free, and you can export them as CSV.
8. Retention and deletion
- Entries stay on your device until you delete them. Individual entries can be deleted in the app.
- Deleting the app deletes all of its data with it. There is no server copy, so it cannot be recovered — export a CSV first if you want to keep it.
9. Your rights
- Access and portability: export all entries as CSV from Settings (free feature, no Pro required).
- Deletion: delete individual entries, or delete the app to remove everything.
- Because the developer holds none of your data, there is no server-side record to access, correct or erase.
10. Children
This app is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13.
11. Not a medical device
Wick is not a medical device and must not be used for diagnosis or treatment. What it shows are observations and averages drawn from what you logged — not medical advice. Please consult a qualified professional for health decisions.
